What a world we live in, where every months seems to introduce yet another astonishing gadget. Some gadgets seem too advanced to even be true, but rest assured this really is the age of magical technology.
The only real problem is that so many new gadgets are being released on a regular basis that many go by without being noticed at all. Here are some of the most interesting, and amazing devices that are out in 2020.
Ember Mug2
What could be more annoying than a cup of tea or coffee going cold? Don’t worry, we know have a solution. The Ember Mug has a built in heating element, ensuring that your beverage never gets cold.
It is, of course, a pretty niche gadget, and very much an overkill solution to what is essentially a mild annoyance. But that someone designed such a device, and even made it work in conjunction with an app on your phone, is testimony to humanities obsession with gadgets.
WAKEcup Self-Cleaning Water Bottle
Talking about small annoyances with big solutions, we have the self-cleaning water bottle. Your water bottle, the kind you take with when you go for a run, must be pretty dirty. You can’t scrub inside, after all, so various germs and bacteria are surely blossoming in every corner.
You could simply pour some boiling water into the bottle, and problem solved, or otherwise you could buy a self-cleaning bottle. The bottle has a UV light in the lid, which kills 99.99% of all bacteria inside. What a marvellously interesting idea. But we’ll wait for the version that also offers internet access, so we can visit apostas esportivas no Brasil sites while we’re out jogging.
Yoto Player Interactive Audio Player
This one is actually rather cute. This interactive audio player for children works with plastic cards, with each card containing a story. Classics such as Charlie and the Chocolate factory are available, with the entire book contained, in audio form, on a single card.
The design of the device, from the ground up, is 100% child friendly, including smooth corners, enlarged buttons, and even a fun LED display. If anything on this list is actually worth a purchase, it is the Yoto Player.
Game Gear Micro
Another bizarre, but fascinating gadget, the Game Gear Micro is utterly remarkable. You may remember the Game Gear handheld gaming console, which was all the rage a few decades ago. Well, now you can own a Game Gear again, only it is so small that it is difficult to even play.
The Game Gear Micro is tiny, so absolutely small, that your thumbs will have difficulty operating the buttons. The screen is so miniscule you can just barely see what’s going on. 1.15 inches, to be exact. Why is it so small? There really is no good answer, except that it is a novelty that can hang from your keychain.
A fully functioning mini-Game Gear, chargeable via USB, but so small it is practically useless. Strange, yet so fascinating. We urge you to go look, and see just how small we mean.
